At Dapetz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Return Process

  1. Contact Us at support@dapetz.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the product back to us using the provided details.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We’ll resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.
